Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien lives in Tan Thanh region, Truong Lac ward, O Mon district, Can Tho city.
In the Decree of Divorce (No.79/2019/HNGD-ST) dated June, 05, 2019, the court’s judgments were stated as followed:
1. Marital relationship: The court decided that the marriage between Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien and Mr. Van Le Nguyen is dissolved.
2. Children: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien and Mr. Van Le Nguyen have 01 child - Nguyen Victor, boy, born on January, 7, 2019. Nguyen Victor will be raised by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien. Mr. Van Le Nguyen has the right to visit and educate their child without any obstruction. For the benefit of the child, Mr. Van Le Nguyen and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien have the right to ask for changing the child’s carer.
3. Shared assets and loans: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien and Mr. Van Le Nguyen are known to have no request for these issues, thus no settlement is made. If a dispute on these issues arises, the concerned person has the right to sue in a separate case. 
4. Court fee: Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien has fully paid all the fees (court fee, judicial entrustment fees)
Mrs. Nguyen Thi Bich Tien has the right to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling within 15 days after the decree is announced. The duration for Mr. Van Le Nguyen to file an appeal against the Court’s ruling is 1 month after the decree is announced.
