Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union’s conference said  more than 100,000 union members were supported to start a business, 185,000 scholarships and gifts were given to the poor, policy families and disadvantaged children across the country.  

The Youth Month invigorates young people’s pioneering spirit and volunteerism to participate in national socio-economic development and defense.

Nguyen Thai An, Head of the Communications and Education Commission of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, said, “In the Youth Month 2023, local Youth Unions implemented more projects and tasks than last year. Entrepreneurship support and job creation for young people were well focused. A new activity is the application of digital transformation to create online job exchanges and get connected with businesses that support youth employment. The percentage of union members and young people who have jobs has increased compared to last year.”
