HANOIBA organized a seminar on Wednesday to suggest new ideas and learn from experience about business models, emerging business trends, and innovative administrative approaches. Nguyen Ba Tuong, a member of the Association’s Executive Committee, said that the theme for this year is "New thinking, new action."
"We are stepping into an era of intense competition, characterized by global knowledge and technological innovation. This new era isn't just about a digital economy; it's also about embracing the green and circular economies," he said. Our vision is to collectively forge ahead into the world with the mission of cultivating a new generation of young entrepreneurs, Tuong added.
Participants agreed that business leaders should exemplify creativity, have a well-defined vision, foster teamwork, engage in effective communication and listening, empower their employees, inspire motivation, and take an active role in continually enhancing production.
