The project, implemented by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with relevant agencies and localities, aims to improve care for students in border areas, ensure equitable access to education, narrow regional disparities, and strengthen national defense and security.

The first phase of the project was launched last November, initially targeting the construction of 100 schools. However, thanks to strong resource mobilization, 108 schools are now under construction and are expected to be completed by August this year.
