White House spokesman Jay Carney said that the White House is re-checking US intelligence possibilities and it is completed by the end of the year. US National Security Advisor Susan Rice said that a “proper balance” is needed and suggested some changes on the scale of U.S. electronic spying. The same day, a delegation from the Democratic National Party of European Parliament has met with US legislators to warn about the need to re-establish trust which has been broken between two banks of the Atlantic Ocean due to the spreading surveillance practices towards leaders of 35 countries. Claude Moraes, Head of delegation of European Parliament said that National Security Agency’s scope of observation is worrying.
