(VOVworld) – Vietnam Television, VTV, on Monday celebrates the 45th anniversary of its 1st broadcast on September 7, 1970. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung attended the event. In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam asked VTV to renew and catch up with modern communications trends to promptly, precisely reflect latest information to the public.
