The agreement was signed by VOV President Do Tien Sy and Director General of the Belarusian broadcaster Ivan Eismont.

Under the framework of the agreement, the two broadcasters will strengthen the exchange of radio programs, collaborate in program production, share media data, and organize professional training courses and working visits.

They will also promote the exchange of radio and digital content, especially copyrighted programs promoting the countries' landscapes, people, cultures, music, and tourism. The two broadcasters will also share and broadcast the achievements of Belarus–Vietnam cooperation to enhance public awareness and the effectiveness of mutual promotion efforts.
