Delegates press the button to open VITM Hanoi 2025.

Various activities are being held to promote green destinations, eco-friendly tourism products, and high-quality human resource training for green tourism, while accelerating digital transformation in the tourism sector. 

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy said at the opening ceremony: “Promoting green transition in tourist is the focus at the VITM 2025, aligning with the Party and State’s direction. The Vietnam Tourism Association and travel businesses are implementing specific programs to make tourism take the lead in the green and circular economies in Vietnam.”

This year’s event features 450 booths involving 60 domestic and foreign tourism promotion agencies, 8 airlines, 16 countries and territories, and 600 tourism businesses.
