(VOVworld) – At least 6 civilians were killed and 30 others injured on Thursday across Syria, as violence continued to plague the country. Syria’s state television said a roadside bomb attack in Idlic province killed 5 people. In Damascus, rebels fired at a residential area near a Muslim church, resulting in many fatalities. Opposition activists said government forces dropped bombs on rebel bases in the outskirt of Damascus. Meanwhile, the SANA agency quoted official news reports that some terrorists were killed around a prison in Aleppo city, northern Syria, where rebels had previously tried to free prisoners.
