Vietnam’s red flesh dragon fruit destined for Australia

(VOVWORLD) - Five tonnes of Vietnam’s red flesh dragon fruit were recently shipped to Australia as Vietnamese farmers are battered by the novel coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19). The batch is expected to reach Melbourne in Victoria state in several days.

With the support of the Embassy and Consulate General of Vietnam in Australia, a trade promotion event will be held in the biggest Oceania market to boost consumption of the dragon fruit, one of Vietnam’s key agricultural products.
