Consul General of Vietnam in Yekaterinburg, Ngo Phuong Nghi, highlighted the significance of the victory on April 30, 1975, and praised that the great dedications and brave sacrifices of heroes and martyrs, including the wholehearted assistance offered by Russian brothers and comrades.
On the occasion, Nghi presented the insignia for “Brilliantly completing international missions” to five Russian veterans who once joined working trips and fought on the Vietnamese battlefield.
