Speaking at the conference, Deputy PM Binh said he agreed with the sector’s plans and urged for the completion of procedures for staff recruitment and management. 

"I call on all related agencies to continue upgrading their policies towards more open, merit-based, transparent staff recruitment and appointment practices. The size of the workforce of each agency must be calculated scientifically and appropriately in accordance with real-life situations," said Mr. Binh.
