Participants discussed online export sales for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises in Vietnam. The event was co-hosted by the Vietnam E-Commerce Association (VECOM) and Access Partnership, an international research organization specializing in e-commerce.
Vietnam's B2C VECOM’s 2024 e-commerce index report said the sector's growth rate increased 25% in 2023 against the previous year, reaching 25 billion USD. Of this, the online retail sector amounted to 17.3 billion USD, with e-commerce accounting for around 10% of the total retail sales of goods and consumer services.
According to the report, Vietnam witnessed two main e-commerce trends this year, in which cross-border e-commerce became inevitable.
