(VOVworld)- Vietnam’s agro-forestry-fishery exports earned 2.3 billion USD in June bringing the sector’s export turnover to 14.6 billion USD in the first half of the year, an increase of 11 percent.
Pepper maintained its export growth. The US, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and India are major markets for Vietnamese pepper. Meanwhile, seafood exports were estimated at 3.45 billion USD, up 24 percent. The US remained Vietnam’s top seafood importer, followed by Japan, the Republic of Korea, and China.
