(VOVworld) - The 2nd congress of female scholars’ association has opened in Hanoi to encourage women’s participation in innovation and occupational career.

The re-elected chairwoman of the association, Pham Thi Tran Chau, said the association aims to promote women’s advancement and their role in family and society: “We will unity and try to complete tasks set out by congress participants. Our members include experts in various fields and are ready to carry on tasks in consultation and social critics.”
