Vietnam-Japan relations in fruitful period

(VOVworld) – Vietnam – Japan relations are experiencing a fruitful period, To Huy Rua, Politburo member of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President of the Vietnam-Japan Friendship Parliamentarians’ Group said at a reception for visiting Executive Committee Chairman of the Japanese Communist Party Shii Kazuo on Tuesday.

Rua said relations between the Communist Parties of Vietnam and Japan play an important role in boosting the development of bilateral ties. Regarding the relations between the two parties, Rua spoke highly of the results of theoretical exchanges of the two parties, saying that this helps enhance mutual understanding and diversify experience and theories for each party. Chairman Kazuo said the Japanese Communist Party supports and actively participates in

the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentarian Alliance and exerts efforts to promote cooperation between the two Parliaments and the two States.

During the visit, the delegation of the Japanese Communist Party worked with the Central Committee for External Relations of the Communist Party of Vietnam and visited a number of economic and cultural sites in Hanoi.
