In an interview with Vietnamese media, Ambassador Chouaibi said a meeting between Chairman Man and Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives Rachid Talbi Alami during the visit will provide a valuable opportunity for the two sides to affirm that their relationship should extend beyond trade exchanges.

Morocco views Vietnam as a gateway to Southeast Asia, given the country's pivotal role within ASEAN, while Vietnam regards Morocco as a bridge to West Africa, including Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, and Gabon.

Vietnam-Morocco cooperation has expanded to industry and joint fertilizer and green energy projects, Ambassador Chouaibi said.
