(VNA) - The Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, Lieut. Gen. Vo Van Tuan received the visiting head of the Thai Royal Development Projects and Security Coordination Centre, Lieut. Gen. Dhanayod Pringthongfoo in Hanoi yesterday.  At the reception, both sides exchanged experience in helping to reduce poverty and in building a stable border. Tuan spoke highly of coordinated efforts to exchange high-level delegations between the two armies with a view to promoting socio-economic development and political security in border areas.
