The Bulgarian News Agency article stressed that the top Vietnamese legislator outlined four directions in bilateral relations and the development of joint co-operation.
They include deepening political and diplomatic ties, expanding economic investment and trade links towards becoming an important pillar in bilateral relations, creating partnerships in digital transformation and innovation, and promoting effective co-operation in education-training, health care, biotechnology, agriculture, environment, and natural resource management.
The Bulgarian news site emphasized that Vietnam will help Bulgaria enter the Asian market while Bulgaria helps Vietnam enter the European market.
This news site also stressed that NA President Rosen Zhelyazkov believes the visit is an important step in further strengthening the traditional friendship between the two countries in the direction of building a strategic partnership through enhancing high-level dialogue.
