During her visit to Vientiane province, Ms Ngan stressed the strategic location of the province and urged the locality to strengthen exchanges and mutual support with Vietnamese cities and provinces.

Earlier, Ms Ngan visited Lao-Vietnam Alliance relic site in Con hamlet, Thulakhom province, where 28 Vietnamese and Lao voluntary soldiers died during the war against the French colonialist in Laos.
