(VOVworld) – The Vietnamese Embassy in Cuba organized a ceremony to welcome New Year 2015 with the participation of officials, staff of Vietnamese representative agencies, businesses, and students.

At the Saturday ceremony, Vietnamese Ambassador to Cuba Duong Minh highlighted significant world events that affected relations between Vietnam and Cuba in 2014. The Ambassador wished all staff, students, and overseas Vietnamese in Cuba health and success and urged them to continue their contributions to Vietnam’s construction and defense and to building stronger friendship between Vietnam and Cuba.

In the Czech Republic, the Vietnamese community in Ceska Lipa and Ceske Budejovice held a ceremony to welcome spring with art performances by visiting Vietnamese artists.
