Nguyen Ngoc Quynh, Director of the Department of Overseas Labor, said: “In addition to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of 500,000 Vietnamese guest workers, the Department of Overseas Labor also pays attention to improving their spiritual lives. This cooperative venture with VTC will provide them access to radio and television channels at home, which are helpful for updating them on Vietnam’s latest news and entertainment.”

The service is available at the app Homeconect or via the website www.tv.net.gov.vn. The app will enable laborers to keep update with the latest laws and policies on Vietnamese sent overseas for guest work through messages.
