Nguyen Quoc Toan, Director of the Agricultural Products Processing and Market Development Department, at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, stressed the need to reduce logistics costs to enhance competitiveness of Vietnamese fruits. He said: “We need to have businesses that will lead export. Long-term connectivity is also needed because it enables our products to enter the retail distribution chains of other countries.”
