A Vietnamese art performance at the “Hello Hanoi” festival in Plzen, the Czech Republic, June 2, 2019.

Dozens of stalls featured traditional Vietnamese and Czech dishes, along with many other typical Vietnamese products such as conical hats, silk fabrics, and a variety of fruits. Music and dance performances, Vietnamese ethnic fashion shows, folk games for children, and art exhibits introduced Vietnam’s land and people.

“I hope this festival will encourage the Czech people to learn more about our traditional culture,” said Mr. Nguyen Sinh, Chairman of the Association of Vietnamese in Plzen Province, and the Festival’s chief organizer.

Approximately 5,000 people attended the festival.
