The e-Code is posted on the electronic code information portal at phapdien.moj.gov.vn for free reference and use by agencies, organizations, and individuals.

Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh said that the electronic code, an official product of the State, is a comprehensive and complete legal search tool, meaningful and practical in ensuring the publicity, transparency, accessibility, and ease of searching legal regulations.

“The code reduces the burden of government regulation and is an important solution for policy dissemination, opening up new sources, and improving efficiency in the development and implementation of legal policies,” said Ninh.
