The billionaires on the list include Vingroup Chairman Pham Nhat Vuong, Vietjet Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Phuong Thao, Hoa Phat Group Chairman Tran Dinh Long, Techcombank Chairman Ho Hung Anh, and Masan Group Chairman Nguyen Dang Quang.

In July, the Vietnam's benchmark stock index VN-Index, surged by 164 points, or 12%, reaching 1,531 points. As a result, the stock holdings of Vietnamese billionaires also increased along with the overall market.

Pham Nhat Vuong remains the richest, with a fortune of nearly 12 billion USD, up 1.4 billion USD since the start of the month and 2.7 times higher than at the beginning of the year. He is currently ranked 228th on the list of the world’s wealthiest people.
