In his letter, Prime Minister Chinh expressed his belief that under the wise leadership of the Lao Party, State and Government led by Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, the Lao people will continue to reap major achievements, successfully implement the Resolution of the 11th National Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and the 9th five-year Socio-Economic Development Plan for the 2021-2025 period, successfully building the country of peace, independence, democracy, unity and prosperity.

Prime Minister Chinh expressed his hope to work together with the Lao Prime Minister to constantly cultivate and consolidate the great friendship, special solidarity and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries, for the practical benefits of the two peoples, contributing to peace, stability and development in the region and in the world.
