Silver medalist is Nguyen Tien Loc, a 11^th grader of High School for Gifted Students of Natural Sciences, Hanoi National University.

The two bronze medalists are Tran Pham Manh, a 12th grader of High School for the Gifted Students of Natural Sciences, Hanoi National University, and Vu The Anh, 12th grader of Vinh Phuc Province’s High School for the Gifted.

295 students from 80 countries, territories and two observer countries competed at the 34th International Biology Olympiad 2023 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from July 2-11.
