Nen said Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung underlined Vietnam’s policy of developing an independent and self-controlled economy to counter the negative effects of tensions in the East Sea. Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung asked ministries and agencies to make full use of trade deals and international agreements and encourage Vietnamese people to prioritize locally made products.
