Mr. Anh expressed concern over recent developments in northwestern Syria which have affected more than 3 million people. He called all parties to exercise maximum restraint to avoid further deterioration of the situation and affirmed Vietnam’s support for the UN’s role in promoting dialogue to build long-term peace in Syria.
