He affirmed that Vietnam always values and wishes to further strengthen its Strategic Partnership with the United Kingdom, a leading and important partner of Vietnam in Europe.

Cooper said the UK Foreign Ministry will continue close coordination with Vietnam, promoting delegation exchanges and high-level contacts between the two countries.

Both sides agreed to closely implement action plans under the Strategic Partnership framework, advance existing cooperation agreements, negotiate and sign new ones, and create a favorable legal framework to further enhance cooperation across fields.
