Ambassador Cleaver voiced her pleasure at the progress in bilateral relations between Vietnam and Brazil, especially with the two-way trade turnover that reached 2.3 billion USD in 2013 and is expected to surge this year. She thanked the Vietnamese government and the Foreign Ministry for supporting the Brazilian Embassy and expressed her wish to further contribute to promoting friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Brazil.
