He told the press on Friday that “we were shocked to hear about the brutal and bloody attack in Nice, which killed dozens of people and injured many others. Vietnam sent its deepest condolences to the government and people of France and believed that the government and people will overcome the difficult time quickly.” He added that there has not been any information about Vietnamese casualties in the attack.
