(VOVworld) – Vietnam and Russia have witnessed fruitful cooperation in many fields including military and defense. Senior Lieutenant General Truong Quang Khanh, Vietnam’s Deputy Defense Minister, told Alexander Vasilyevich Fomin, Head of the Russian Federal Agency for Technical Military Cooperation, on Monday that the two armies agreed to continue cooperative personnel training and delegation exchanges.
