Vietnam records 7,531 cases of COVID-19 infections Sunday

(VOVWORLD) - 3,552 new COVID-19 cases were reported in Vietnam on Sunday evening,  raising the national tally in the day to 7,531, according to the Health Ministry. 
Ho Chi Minh city continued to record the largest number of new cases with 2,227, followed by Binh Duong (368), Tay Ninh (186), Ba Ria-Vung Tau (126), and Dong Nai (119). The capital city of Hanoi confirmed 4 cases. 
More than 98,000 infections have so far been detected in Vietnam and 370 have died. 
Over 4.5 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide.
