These include a protocol between the two governments amending an agreement on air transport signed in 2009, Memoranda of Understanding on cooperation in sports, cooperation between the two Ministries of Justice, cooperation in diplomatic training and education between the Diplomatic Institutes of the Foreign Ministry of Vietnam and Qatar, and a MoU between the Qatar Investment Authority and Vietnam’s State Capital Investment Corporation.
