Tuan made the statement during talks with Indian Minister of Communications and Information Technology Manoj Sinha in New Delhi on Monday as part of his visit to India. He asserted that Vietnam and India have a strong potential to promote partnership through increasing exchanges of information and experience at all levels from state governance to business management.
Earlier, the two ministers attend a business workshop on Vietnam-India digital technology connectivity.
