At the signing ceremony, Vietnamese Minister of Information and Communication Nguyen Manh Hung and Indian Minister of Information and Broadcasting Anurag Singh Thakur discussed policies concerning digital communication, ways to deal with violations,  and solutions to develop the cyberspace.

The two Ministers agreed to strengthen communications, support press agencies, and effectively use information in their countries to cover the development, increase mutual understanding, and boost comprehensive strategic partnership.
