(VOVworld) – A conference took place in the central city of Da Nang on Thursday to survey the satisfaction of organizations and individuals at Vietnam’s public services.

The World Bank project has been implemented in Binh Dinh, Thanh Hoa, Phu Tho, and Vinh phuc over the past two years since 2014.

Participants said recent surveys have updated information for administrations at all levels to take effective measures to improve the quality of public service supply.

The surveys have focused on granting certificates of land use right and the transfer of land use rights, business licenses, construction and medical service permission.
