(VOVworld) – Vietnamese ambassador to Argentina Nguyen Dinh Thao presented a certificate of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) to Oscar Alberto Goldadler to recognize his generous contributions to the association.

Ambassador Thao thanked Oscar’s sentiment for Vietnamese people, particularly victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. He said that his contributions to VAVA have strengthened solidarity and friendship between the two countries.
