The project is part of the International Climate Initiative supported by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety and adopted by the government. Running from 2014-2018 with a budget of 4 million euros, the project aims to improve state management in response to climate change and realize the Vietnamese government’s green house gas emission reduction targets.
