This is the highest result that Vietnamese students have achieved since their first competition at the IMSO in 2014.
The 21st IMSO took place in Wenzhou, China from October 1 – 6, involving 300 contestants from 18 countries and territories.
This year's competition resumed the in-person format after three years of online events. The IMSO is a prestigious worldwide academic competition for students under age 13.
