(VOVworld) – Vietnam hopes the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) will work closely with the relevant Korean agencies to provide training courses for Vietnamese public security personnel.
At a reception in Hanoi on Monday for Kim Sik Hyun, Deputy Resident Representative of the KOICA Vietnam Office, Deputy Minister of Public Security Dang Van Hieu said that the courses will focus on the prevention and control of international crime, crimes using high technology, drug prevention and control, criminal techniques, migration management, traffic operation, and the improvement in teaching of the Korean language.
Kim Sik Hyun said that the agency will cooperate with the Vietnamese parents to fight against trans-national crimes in order to ensure security and order, contributing to bilateral relations.
