Man said Vietnam will continue the legacy of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in promoting relations with Russia.

Deputy Chairman  Pyotr Tolstoy said that Russia values traditional relations and comprehensive strategic partnership with Vietnam, considering it a top priority in Russian foreign policy.
