The Ho Chi Minh City Hospital of Tropical Diseases unveiled the positive test result for the first time on March 12, with the patient’s sample being transferred to the Pasteur Institute on March 13 to be tested for the second time before the confirmation of the positive Covid-19 case.
The patient is now in stable health condition and under quarantine in a hospital on the outskirts of Ho Chi Minh City.
