Hang said Vietnam calls on the concerned parties to exercise restraint, handle conflicts through peaceful measures, and create favorable conditions for negotiations and international efforts to reach comprehensive, equitable and sustainable solutions, ensure the legitimate interests of all parties, and achieve regional peace and stability.
