Minister Vinh said that the bank has made important contributions to the country’s achievements. 
He noted that ADB is among the three largest donors to Vietnam , providing major assistance to important infrastructure projects in the country. The ADB official said his bank always creates best conditions for Vietnam  to access its source of capital to speed up its development projects. In the coming time, he said, the bank will help Vietnam enhance PMU capacity as well as address related problems. He pledged ADB further support to Asian development, especially Vietnam , to ensure regional sustainable growth.
