This year, Nguyen Do Huyen Vi, an 8th grader from Tay Son Secondary School in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city, won first prize at the national level and a consolation prize at the 46th UPU Competition for her letter to the UN Secretary General on how to solve the Syrian refugee problem.

“The UPU competition is a large and interesting playground for secondary students. Through the competition, I have learned more about current social issues and have proposed my own solutions to address these problems,” Vi said.

On the occasion, the UPU competition organizing board announced the rules of the 47th UPU competition.
