The forum, organized by the Vietnamese Embassy, the Vietnam Trade Office, and the Vietnam Business Club in Cambodia, was attended by hundreds of business representatives, and officials. Addressing the event, Ambassador Minh said: “I believe this forum will help businesses keep up with new opportunities. It’s a chance for Vietnamese and Cambodian enterprises to share experiences and petition agencies to create more favorable conditions for economic and trade cooperation.”    

Vietnam now is one of Cambodia’s leading partners, with bilateral trade totaling 4.7 billion USD in 2018. Vietnam’s investment in Cambodia has grown to include 214 projects worth a total of 3 billion USD.
