Secretary of Ho Chi Minh City’s Party Committee Nguyen Thien Nhan

Mr. Nhan made the statement at a reception in Ho Chi Minh City on Sunday for Cambodian Deputy Prime Minister Men Sam An, who also chairs the Cambodia-Vietnam Friendship Association. The guest pledged to continue boosting people-to-people exchanges and education about the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia for peace and development in each country.

Ms. Men Sam An is in Vietnam for the 4th Vietnamese-Cambodian people’s cooperation and friendship meeting from  Saturday to Thursday in Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The meeting is part of activities to mark 50 years of bilateral diplomatic ties this year.
